Scoring
The myblocate score is the mathematical sum of 7 factors. Each has a maximum; the total is 95. No AI guessing — the same location always gets the same score.

| 4 | Urban tier | 10 | Settlement tier across 4,589 places: metro city → city → town → rural. |
| 5 | Accessibility | 12 | Bus stops (0–7) plus parking presence (0–5). |
| 6 | Nearby services | 8 | Complementary POIs nearby: banks, pharmacies, groceries, cafés. |
| 7 | Business density | 10 | Overall POI density — higher density usually means more foot traffic. |

Why 95 and not 100?
95 is the maximum reachable score. There is no perfect 100 — every business location carries some risk. Capping the maximum sets the right expectation for real decisions.
Restricted zones
Cemeteries, military sites, lakes, and water bodies are not analyzed — the system immediately returns a "restricted zone" warning instead of a score.
